The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The venue met the criteria, I would book here again. I greatly enjoyed staying at juliana. Free WiFi was very useful.

Very Quiet but still close to city center with nice pool.
Breakfast was ok for westerners but no Khmer options.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, nestled amongst beautifully well-maintained plants. The hotel is situated in a central area of town but is out of the main areas, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The staff here were incredibly attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and we appreciated the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room.
Although there were no major drawbacks, it is worth mentioning that the hotel is not centrally located and there are no facilities or shopping nearby. However, this is not an issue if you have transportation arranged or don't mind exploring other parts of the city.

It is just a hotel, nothing special. However it did have all the comforts (pool and spa, buffet restaurant, drink on arrival).
It had no atmosphere - it was a bit dark and gloomy (building and staff).

Located in an area well away from the main tourist spots, this hotel is inconvenient for those who want to stay close to the Central market or the riverfront for dinner choices. there is a pool on site and the breakfast is rated just okay. One reviewer recommends trying the massages outside of the hotel for exceptional value.
One reviewer reported having bed bugs , leading to a very uncomfortable experience.

I liked that the staff was helpful even though I had language barriers with some. The food was good and the hotel was clean.
I was treated very Rudly at the buffet. I asked for more breadsticks from a chef and he gave me so much attitude. I was so annoyed. And in the end, he wasn't even the one who filled the breadsticks. It was another chef who was so polite. All of your staff were friendly except for that chef.

Great value and convenient location, just a short walk to major attractions and public transportation. The pool area and garden view from the room were both relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a variety of tasty options to choose from.
A few minor issues, such as a noisy air conditioning unit and slow WiFi. The hotel decor was somewhat outdated.

Comfy, spacious rooms with a lovely pool and gym. Great value online compared to walk-in rate. Tuk-tuks easily available to explore the city. The lobby is a great place to relax and staff provides good recommendations.
Nothing not to love.

Spacious rooms with good lighting and comfortable beds. the excellent breakfast buffet provided options for different tastes. the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and deck where you can relax. the staff was also accommodating and friendly, giving references and maps and ideas on places to see and not to miss. the hotel was in a great location, close to markets and restaurants.
The hotel lacked a cocktail bar or a glass of red wine by the poolside. the rooms were relatively costly compared to other properties nearby.
